- Enter the tailor’s store there.
- Purchase the Elegant Suit for $70 or $35 with low honor.
Tips:
- Fast traveling can get you there fast.
- Do a quick bounty, or hunt a few bears if you don’t have $70.
- Low honor can reduce the price to $35.
Warnings:
- A player with high honor or wearing lawmen outfits may be randomly shot at by unwelcoming locals.
